These terms help ensure a smooth experience for every client.

Appointment requests

Submitting the booking form sends us a request. Your appointment is confirmed only after we contact you and confirm your preferred date and time.

Pricing

Prices shown are starting prices and may vary depending on the service, design, products used, or the time required. Any changes will be discussed with you before your appointment begins.

Home visits

Home visits are available for selected services. Additional travel charges may apply depending on your location.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may require a deposit for future bookings.

Arriving late

If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining appointment time while respecting the schedule of other clients.

Health and safety

Please let us know about any allergies, skin or nail conditions, medical concerns, or pregnancy before your appointment so we can recommend the safest treatment.

Photos

With your permission, we may photograph completed work to share in our portfolio or on social media. You're always welcome to decline.
